Billing Support Inbound Representative
General Description
The Billing Support Inbound Representative provides telephone support to customers with questions about account billing issues. The representative will investigate individual customer issues and then provide appropriate sales solutions on each call. They will also support other departments including sales and technical support. This position will work with a Billing Lead and report to a Billing Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone inquiries in the Billing Queue.
- Perform appropriate and timely investigation and problem solving.
- Meet performance standards set by the department, number of calls/sales.
- Answer basic technical support questions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows XP, 2000, 98
- Skilled in Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of standard web technologies(servers, domains, email and ftp)
- Basic knowledge of the web, browsers, and the internet
- Detail oriented, accurate data entry skills
- Customer service background, dealing with irate customers, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast paced, stressful environment
Salary is $13/hour + commissions
