Technical Support and Sales Representative
General Description
IPOWER has immediate openings for professional, enthusiastic Sales and Technical Support Representatives. As a Sales and Technical Support Representative with IPOWER you will take incoming calls from our existing customer base and will not be required to make cold calls.
Responsibilities
- Take Inbound calls from customers who are having technical challenges with their website/email.
- Troubleshoot telephone and/or email inquiries in the technical support queue.
- Provide accurate technical solutions in an effort to resolve each issue upon the 1st call.
- Upsell customers on additional IPOWER products.
Requirements
- One full year experience with Inbound Sales and Technical Support in a high volume fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services, in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew or purchase products and/or services.
- Strong customer service and telesales skills
- Experienced with Web Based & Applications & Windows, knowledge and understanding of Domain registration, and basic understanding of web browsers.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
Salary: $13/hour + commission
