Telesales Specialist
General Description
The Telesales Specialist will call on leads from our existing customer base and cold calls are not required. (No Cold Calls!)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to current customers offering them additional IPOWER products.
- Upsell customers on new products
- Maintain Customer accounts and resolve any problems they encounter.
Requirements
- One or more years experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment
- Strong customer service and telesales skills
- Experienced with Web Based & Applications & Windows
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
Salary: $13-15/hour + generous commission scheme
