The installation can take a bit of time, as there are quite a few variables to set. But there is a lot of documentation and their technical support forum is probably the best I have ever seen. There are literally thousands of questions and answers, so you'll probably find your answer somewhere in the forum message board. The only fault that I and most other users have found is that there isn't a feature to merge the forums. But I understand that the new version (5.40) will include this feature. You can either purchase a license for $170, or lease a license for $82 a year. Personally I think it's the best low-cost forum script available on the net, especially when you consider the price, support and the new features added to it almost every month.
