Once exported, you can add the .mov file to a Web page or to deliverable media like floppy or cd-rom.

Note: Another way to integrate Quicktime movies into Flash is to convert .mov files into individual frames such as .bmp and then import the frames directly into Flash. Going this route allows you to export a Flash movie that 90 percent of browsers can display. It will also result in smaller file sizes. Below is the .swf version of this project. Its file size was a tad under 600 KB. The Quicktime version was approximately 2.1 megs.
