The interface for Live Motion 1.0 is based on Adobe's other line of programs, including Illustrator and Photoshop. You have your command bar on top, the toolbar on the left, modifying palettes on the right and the composition window in the middle. You can open, close or move the floating toolbar, palettes and timeline at will, easing screen clutter. Below is a screenshot of the typical Live Motion screen.
