This
is a great text style which really resembles water. In this tutorial, you will
be using:
- the text tool,
- the paint brush tool,
- the dilate
function,
- the blur more function,
- the how wax coating function
and
- red/green/blue adjustment.
Here is an example below.

Step
1:
Create a new image with white as your background set to 16 million
colors. Enter some back text, preferably with a thick font. Keep the text selected.

Step
2:
Now select the "paint brush" tool and set it to:
- Size: 50
- Opacity: 100
- Paper Texture" marble
With white as your foreground
color, click and drag the paint brush over the text once. You should have an image
like this.

Step
3:
Unselect the text by clicking "sections - select none". Now go to
the "image" menu and select on "dilate" from the "other" option. This will increase
the lighter areas of your text.

Step
4:
Go back to the "image" menu and this time select "blur - blur more".

Step
5:
Now we can create the watery effect. Go to the "image" menu and select
"hot wax coating" from the "other" option. This will create a liquid effect.

Step
6:
All we have to do now is add some color Click on the "colors" menu
and select "adjust - red/green/blue". You can use any color you like but for this
example, I used:
- Red: 0%
- Green: 20%
- Blue: 100%
Here
is the final image. Remember that all colors are possible, just play around with
the values.
