This filter turns a sunny day into a wet one. Create realistic looking
liquid shapes like rain drops. You can control drop size, coverage, edge darkening,
opacity, refraction, liquid color and more. There are also light editing options
and the ability to create seamless tiles. You can quickly create water drops,
slime, ink blots, and other liquids.

Eye Candy 4000
is a good choice to add new filtering capabilities to Photoshop, PaintShop Pro,
Fireworks or other program that can use Photoshop compatible plug-ins. The best
of these are bevel boss, chrome, drip, marble, melt, and wood. It may seem a little
pricey at $150 but the time saved from having to create these effects makes this
a worthwhile investment.
