A former website designer and business owner, Mr. Tice now runs PopuComm.com, an online community building company and consulting group. PopuComm currently has developed two communities. The first serves the real estate community, and is comprised of AgentScout.com, RealEstateScout.com, RentalScout.com and RelocationScout.com. The second community is a venture between PopuComm and VictoryCanter providing for an online equestrian community.

PopuComm has assisted VictoryCanter with all phases of their development, from e-commerce to back office. This partnership has resulted in the creation of VictoryCanter.com, AmarilloTack.com, and Horseifieds.com. With the assistance of PopuComm, this group will be opening their first bricks and mortar store this year, which will allow for a faster expansion and addition of merchandise online.

Having been a small business owner, Mr. Tice is constantly looking for new and unique ways of generating traffic and clients online, while doing so for the least cost. PopuComm is always interested in consulting other organizations who may be seeking to create, expand or redirect their online presence.
