Earn $20,000 a month - GUARANTEED! Easy Money! Get Rich
Quick! Unlimited Income Potential! Many online multilevel marketing
setups are touting these empty promises to entice members to join
their programs. They focus on selling points that prey on two human
weaknesses - greed and curiosity. Get full report here! - MLM. Is
it a racket or a get-rich-quick scheme?
But not all multilevel marketing programs are scams.
Some are legitimate businesses selling tangible products and providing
value-added services. Most of them limit their marketing networks
to two levels and require you to put in considerable time and effort
to succeed. But your effort will not be lost - most of them offer
an opportunity to earn residual incomes from the same customers whom
you refer to your principal for as long as they remain as customers.
How do we identify a good affiliate program? Through
various trials and tribulations, I have identified the following telltale
signs that make affiliate marketing a worthwhile endeavor for your
time, effort and advertising dollars.
No fees! It is free to join.
-------------------------
Most get-rich-quick scams will fail this test. They usually require
a small one-time investment of say $5 and work by transferring money
from the majorities to the minorities. The old saying of early bird
catches the worms applies here. Those who join the program early will
make money from those who join at a later stage. In a finite population,
if someone makes $5,000 from this program, 1000 people stand to lose
$5 each.
Legitimate businesses usually do not require a joining
fee, although there are exceptions. Unlike MLM programs, they make
most of their money from selling tangible products or providing value-added
services.
Pass a simple trade test.
----------------------------------
Before you take the plunge, you might want to run a simple trade test
to ensure that the product or service can sell. Is the product or
service of good quality, useful and priced reasonably within the reach
of the majority? Does the supplier have a good reputation in conducting
his business professionally? You may ask some of your friends, business
associates and other parties that you will be doing business with
for their opinions. If necessary, you should visit the supplier's
premises to have a firsthand feeling of what you are getting into.
Opportunity to earn residual incomes.
---------------------------------------------------
Most affiliate programs are structured in such a way to benefit the
merchants more than the affiliates. An affiliate will only earn commissions
on sales transacted by people who follow his link to the merchant's
site. He will not earn any commissions if the same person goes to
the merchant's site directly on subsequent purchases. This is unfair
to the affiliates who may have spent considerable time and money to
drive visitors to the merchant's site.
To safeguard your interest, you should look at programs
that offer an opportunity to earn residual incomes from the same customers.
In other words, you will earn commissions on the monthly subscription
fees for as long as the person you referred remains a customer with
the merchant.
High sales commission.
---------------------------------
It is not worth your effort if you are paid only a few percentage
points or a few dollars in sales commissions for every sale concluded.
There are many good programs out there that paid as much as 50% commissions
or over a hundred dollars for every private membership sold.
Two-tier or multi-tier commissions.
-----------------------------------------------
The multiplier effect from multi-tier commissions can be tremendous.
Assuming that you participate in a four-tier commission structure
and each member closes one sale and recruits 5 members, your total
monthly commissions will be $1,025, a 20 fold increase from your own
selling effort.
Illustration:
Your own earnings = $50
Level one (5 referrals) = $20 x 5 = $100
Level two (25 referrals) = $10 x 25 = $250
Level three (125 referrals) = $5 x 125 = $625
Ongoing training and marketing support.
-------------------------------------------------------
A good affiliate program should also provide adequate resources and
ongoing support to help affiliates succeed in Internet marketing.
It shows the merchant's commitment to making affiliate marketing works
for everyone. After all, the affiliates' successes will very much
affect the profitability of the merchant's online business.
We have tested and supported various affiliate programs
that meet the above criteria. Get more information here! Tested and
