Billing Department hours extended In August we announced that our Technical
Support Department was now operating on a 24 hour 7 day a
week schedule. We are proud to announce that our Billing and
Customer Service Department has expanded its operating hours
from the current 10 hours a day to a new schedule of 12 hours
a day.
Presently IPOWERWEB customers with billing inquiries can call
between the hours of 8:00AM to 6:00PM- Monday through Friday
to have their questions answered. With the new schedule -
customers can now reach a live representative to address their
billing questions between the hours of 7:00AM through 7:00PM
Pacific Standard Time - Monday through Friday.
