"The Power Behind eBusiness™," today announced the grand opening
of its first sales office in Canada, to address the surge
in demand for professional web hosting solutions in the Canadian
market. Located in Montreal, IPOWERWEB's operation will focus
on building awareness of IPOWERWEB's Canadian web hosting
presence, www.ipowerweb.ca.
"IPOWERWEB has always been successful in the Canadian market.
Currently eight percent of our members are located in Canada,
and now with our physical presence we expect to achieve even
greater success," said T. Griffin Conrad, Vice President of
Global Operations.
The Montreal office will be staffed by professionals who understand
the unique needs of our Canadian Members. Technical Support

iPowerWeb's Billing
Department hours extended
In August we announced that our Technical
Support Department was now operating on a 24 hour 7 day a
week schedule. We are proud to announce that our Billing and
Customer Service Department has expanded its operating hours
from the current 10 hours a day to a new schedule of 12 hours
a day.
Presently iPowerWeb customers with billing inquiries can call
between the hours of 8:00AM to 6:00PM- Monday through Friday
to have their questions answered. With the new schedule -
customers can now reach a live representative to address their
billing questions between the hours of 7:00AM through 7:00PM
Pacific Standard Time - Monday through Friday.

its technical support telephone hours
iPowerWeb is extending its telephone
support hours to enhance its service to international customers.
iPowerWeb's new telephone support hours are from Monday to
Friday 6am to 12am (PST), Saturday from noon until 8:00pm
(PST), and Sunday from noon until 8:00pm (PST).
iPowerWeb is one of very few Web hosting providers to pay
such a high level of attention to customer service. iPowerWeb
is taking the necessary steps to train additional technicians
in order to provide 24/7 technical support via telephone in
the near future.
